1. Services Rendered

SADAKI ADVISORY — Sadaki Smart Acquisition Engine provides a full-stack digital consulting workspace where solo consultants and advisors can upload their professional methodology, configure custom-scoring lead diagnostic assessments, host lead portfolios, manage active workflows, and automate follow-ups and calendar scheduling.

2. Google Integration & Authorized Use of Google Data

To enable seamless automated meeting scheduling between consultants and scored leads, the platform integrates with Google Workspace APIs (including Google Calendar and Google Meet) via secure OAuth protocols.

Compliance & Limited Use Standard: Our application's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • You agree to grant our application the necessary OAuth scopes (e.g., Google Calendar) only for the purpose of scheduling and maintaining consultation bookings.
  • We do not share, sell, or disclose Google Workspace data to any third-party marketing networks, advertising agencies, or external databases.

3. Account Responsibilities & Methodology Safety

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and protecting the intellectual property of the custom business methodologies you upload. The platform acts as a secure container and executes diagnostic rules server-side without exposing your private algorithms or business logic.

4. Absolute Data Sovereignty & Termination

We respect your complete control over your data. You may terminate your account at any time. By executing the "Purge Profile & Data" function from your Consultant Portal, all your consultant profiles, uploaded methodologies, and gathered leads will be immediately and irreversibly destroyed from our database and servers.

5. Limitation of Liability & Diagnostic Disclaimer

All AI-generated diagnostics, scoring analyses, report portfolios, and suggested actions are formulated for informational and educational consulting purposes only. They do not constitute official medical, financial, psychological, or legally binding advice.
